Job Description – Portfolio Executive (Mortgage)
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA
Vacancies: 6
Experience: Relevant mortgage/portfolio handling experience preferred
Role Summary
The Portfolio Executive will be responsible for managing an existing set of mortgage customers ensuring service quality portfolio health and business deepening opportunities. The role involves regular customer engagement issue resolution and cross-selling of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the portfolio of existing Mortgage (HL/LAP) customers.
Ensure timely follow-ups service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain asset quality by monitoring repayment behaviour and account status.
Cross-sell relevant banking and financial products to deepen relationships.
Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
Track early warning signals and escalate potential risks to reporting manager.
Generate new business references through existing clients.
Prepare periodic MIS and activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience in mortgage portfolio handling or customer relationship roles preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage field visits and maintain regular client interactions.
Graduate from any stream.
