Job Summary
Job Description – Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking – Large Corporate)
Location: Mumbai
CTC: Up to 16 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Industry Requirement: Candidates must have handled corporate turnover above 100 Cr
Role Summary
Responsible for sourcing managing and deepening relationships with Large Corporate clients having turnover above 100 Cr while delivering Working Capital Term Loans Trade Treasury and Transaction Banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage Large Corporate clients with turnover ≥ 100 Cr.
Source and structure Working Capital Term Loan Trade and Treasury products.
Conduct financial analysis credit assessment and monitoring of funded and non-funded limits.
Drive relationship profitability through cross–sell of corporate banking products.
Engage with promoters CFOs and senior finance stakeholders for business development.
Ensure portfolio hygiene and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle from lead generation to sanction and disbursement.
Strengthen existing relationships to enhance wallet share and transaction volumes.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Banking handling Large Corporate customers.
Strong understanding of financial statements credit assessment and corporate banking products.
Proven track record of managing mid-to-large corporates.
Graduate or Post-Graduate (Finance preferred).
