Position Summary
Kool Chevrolet is seeking reliable and motivated Service Valets to join our Service team. This role is essential to creating a smooth welcoming experience for our customers by assisting with vehicle flow parking and overall service lane support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active working as part of a team and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Park retrieve and move customer vehicles safely and efficiently
Assist with vehicle flow in the service drive and parking areas
Perform light porter duties including maintaining a clean and organized service lane
Deliver vehicles to customers after service is completed
Assist Service Advisors and Technicians as needed
Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies
Operate vehicles responsibly and report any concerns or damage immediately
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Prior dealership or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to get in and out of vehicles frequently
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Schedule
Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available
Flexible scheduling based on department needs
Some Saturdays may be required
