Position Summary:
The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is seeking a motivated and collaborativeSenior New Product Development (NPD) Engineerto design develop and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
LeadNew Product Development (NPD)initiatives from concept to commercialization.
ApplyDesign of Experiments (DOE)and statistical analysis to optimize filter performance.
Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successfulcriteria.
Deliver clear concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.
Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.
Support projects with up to10% travel.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
Masters degree in chemistrychemicalengineeringand MaterialScience
Experience in the following areas are a plus:
Semiconductor processes specifically Wet Etch and Cleans
Fluid handling equipment especially filtration and purification
Project leadership experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP PowerBI) and data-driven decision-making.
ExcellentEnglishcommunication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting
