Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sustainability (SCoE) Products
• Provides systems support for engineering systems in applications or reliability labs. Supports engineering owners by working on assigned projects in conjunction with vendors or suppliers.
• Acts as intermediary between customer and factory by providing technical support and documentation to field engineers technicians and product support personnel who are diagnosing troubleshooting repairing and debugging equipment.
• Provides Beta Site Support; mainly for qualifying the new applied installation secondly for providing the technical training to our outsourcing engineers on installation and operation
• Presents system performance data as required. This includes performance metrics such as Uptime MTBF MTBI Availability equipment and process parameters.
• Supports GPS in the generation of documentation such as CENs and BKMs. Creates and reviewsdocumentation covering technical improvements system upgrades and support plans. Presents at the engineering level.

Qualification

• Above 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry
• Preferred to have 2 years equipment experience in Applied Materials any tool experience is acceptable
• Able to suppot domestic travel frequently (25-30%) and 10% global support
• Flexible on work location in Taiwan

Job will support multiple customers with a focus on Taiwan Accounts.
