This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Compensation & Benefits Accounting process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class cost-effective financial services and compliancein a J&J wayto our Operating Companies around the world.
The Compensation and Benefits accounting team is responsible for accurately recording the costs associated with employees. This includes but is not limited to booking payroll pension expense bonus and other similar costs ensuring accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
