Help Wanted: Service Consultant (Service Advisor) Eric von Schledorn Ford

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with every visitor to our state-of-the-art facility.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Consultant to join our busy Service Department. As a key point of contact for our customers you will greet clients assess vehicle needs recommend services provide accurate estimates and ensure a smooth positive experience from drop-off to pick up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns.
- Write detailed service orders and explain recommended repairs/maintenance.
- Provide transparent estimates and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely high-quality repairs.
- Follow up with customers on service progress and review completed work.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in an automotive dealership (Ford experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dealership management software and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude team player mentality and passion for customer service
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
