The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) is a new state-of-the-art observation unit serving adults and adolescents experiencing a psychiatric crisis. The CSU can serve up to 12 patients at a time in an open therapeutic milieu. The CSUfosters a collaborative inter-professional environment that supports all aspects of nursing practice allowing you to deliver high-quality care using the most advanced technologies paired with the latest advancements in nursing.Members of the interdisciplinary treatment team are prepared to manage patients who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis and in need of immediate around-the-clock care and observation. The units open concept features a large central room with comfortable reclining chairs rather than traditional hospital beds. Spaces for individual therapy are located immediately adjacent to the central living space.The unit provides other homelike touches for a more therapeutic milieu such as TVs music and web access for patients.Read more.
Percent of Time:50 - 100%
Schedule example: 50%-100% positions available. 20-40 hours per week dependent upon percentage of position. Rotating D/E/N shifts and rotating days off. 8 and/or 12- hour shifts available. Weekend and holiday rotating assignments required. Orientation will be at 100% schedule/40 hours per week. Orientation duration may vary.

SEIU Pay Plan: minimum at 100% effort to commensurate *This does not include differentials. Salary will vary based on years of experience and percent of effort.*
Pay Differentials:Shift differentials for evening night and weekend shifts. Premium pay for additional shifts greater than 4 hours. Inpatient differential of up to $10000 per year
