Job responsibilities
- Assist in planning coordinating and executing project activities for the Athena Program ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Support senior project managers in tracking project milestones deliverables and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports risk logs and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring clear communication of goals progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues proposing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology operations and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Support change management activities including training communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Technology or a related field.
- Experience in project management business analysis or a related role.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.) and tools (JIRA MS Project etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Project Management certification (CAPM PMP or similar)
- Experience in financial services or technology
- Experience with data analysis or reporting tools.
- Understanding of technology development lifecycles.
- Prior exposure to large-scale transformation or technology programs.
