A bit about your role
As a Portfolio Planning Manager you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our delivery portfolio by developing and maintaining a rolling 618 monthroadmap for key Value Streams. Your workensuresthe right business outcomes are achieved at the right time aligned withallocatedbudgets and stakeholder plans. You will prepare teams for PI cycles by sequencing work anddeterminingbusiness outcomes at the Portfolio Epic and Capability level. This role requires strong engagement with multiple business partners architecture delivery teams and other SEO teams to manage dependencies streamline work andmaintaina stable backlog for delivery teams and engineering engines. Acting as a first line ofdefence you willidentifyand escalate risks influenceprioritisationdecisions and introduce flexibility for ad-hoc activities.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for youitslikely that you have experience in portfolio planning and roadmap development within a complex delivery environment combined with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. You are confident in managing dependencies and risks across multiple initiatives and have a solid understanding of Agile practices and PI planning cycles. Your technical knowledge enables you to supportprioritisationand sequencing decisions effectively.
