Guiding customers through the lending process giving them peace of mind thatwerehere to help them achieve their goals
Leveraging your credit analysisexpertiseand understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success
Building strong relationship-centric connections with the community the branch and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers

Whatyoullbring to the role
To succeed in this roleyoullconsistently deliver exceptional customer you to have:
Extensive experience in customer service or sales
High levelof understanding of lending productspoliciesand regulations
An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
Highly developed credit analysis skills
An understanding of small business offerings
Consumer lending experience this is essential
