Job Summary

We need energetic field-ready professionals to visit farms demonstrate best practices and help farmers boost production through hands-on support and advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Farm Visits: Travel to assigned farms (nearby districts) to understand challenges & opportunities.

Demonstrations: Conduct on-field demos of new seeds fertilizers pest mgmt. irrigation tech etc.

Training & Guidance: Educate farmers on good agronomic practices soil health sustainable methods.

Data Collection: Record yield data soil tests farmer feedback and report to team.

Issue Resolution:Troubleshoot problems (pest attack nutrient deficiency) with quick practical solutions.

Relationship Building: Maintain trust with farmers & local partners; promote Sworn Agritech products/services.

Reporting: Submit daily/weekly field reports photos and impact metrics via mobile app/portal.

Location

City - Jabalpur (Field-based role travel to farms required)

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bsc Agriculture (or Diploma with bsc ag ).

Willingness to travel

Strong communication in Hindi and basic English writing.

Ability to walk/stand for long hours work in all weather conditions.

Basic knowledge of soil testing pest ID and modern farming tech.

Own two-wheeler (preferred) or reliable commute option.
