Job Summary
Work Mode: 4 days onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders solution architects and development teams to gather and translate requirements for migration of wealth management systems to modern platforms.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring smooth communication and solution delivery.
Work with development teams to implement integration solutions ensuring that they meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational standards.
Work closely with product owners and scrum teams to define epics user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Finance and wealth management domains.
Proven experience working on Data migration initiatives.
Strong understanding and Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodology.

SQL
API Integration and testing
Preferred Qualifications:
Quick Learner and Good at multitasking and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Prior RBC/RBC Wealth experience will be ideal.
Agile/Scrum certification (CSPO SAFe) or business analysis certification (CBAP PMI-PBA).
