Key Responsibilities:
Executes according to SLAs.
Has detailed understanding of processes and SOPs.
Adheres to controls.
Has ideas for improvements.
Informs Supervisor about any process issues.
Collection calls - inbound and outbound (Spanish)
Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelors degree
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Willing to work in Pasig City
Amenable to work the night shift
