The Dispatch Scheduler coordinates technicians inspectors and service routes to ensure efficient daily operations. This role optimizes schedules minimizes downtime and ensures timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for field staff
- Coordinate routes to maximize efficiency and coverage
- Communicate schedule changes and urgent updates in real time
- Monitor technician availability job progress and completion status
- Handle last-minute adjustments with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch records
- Collaborate with client care and operations teams
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2 years of dispatch scheduling or logistics experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure
- Proficiency in scheduling software and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in home services inspections or field operations preferred
Required Skills:
