What youll do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Global Head of Partnerships to lead our global partner strategy. This is a critical leadership role responsible for nurturing our existing ecosystem of partners and identifying new opportunities to drive significant revenue growth.
You will be at the forefront of building and scaling our relationships with key players including the Big4 accounting firms major consultancies core banking system providers technology integration partners and strategic cloud partners like Google Cloud.
This is a senior position and only suitably qualified candidates can be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy that aligns with Regnologys business goals and revenue targets.
- Revenue Growth: Drive incremental revenue through the partner ecosystem by creating and managing joint sales campaigns partner education programs and exploring new business models like Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
- Ecosystem Management: Nurture and strengthen existing relationships with our diverse partners ensuring they are educated enabled and motivated to promote Regnologys solutions.
- New Opportunities: Identify recruit and onboard new partners to expand our market reach and uncover new revenue streams.
- Go-to-Market: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market plans co-branded collateral and demand generation activities with partners.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success providing regular reports to the executive team on the health and growth of the partner program.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with product sales and marketing teams to ensure our partnership strategy is integrated across all facets of the business.
