Role: Senior Consultant UKG Pro WFM & Boomi (Techno-Functional)

Location:Hyderabad / Bengaluru /Anywhere in India (Hybrid)

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Consultant UKG Pro WFM & Boomi (Techno-Functional) with strong hands-on experience in UKG Workforce Dimensions and Dell Boomi integrations. The ideal candidate must be technically strong in Boomi with good functional exposure to UKG Pro WFM modules and should be capable of working directly with clients on new integrations enhancements and production support.

Note: This is NOT a purely functional role. Strong Boomi technical experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Design build enhance and support UKG Pro WFM integrations using Dell Boomi
Work directly with clients to understand requirements analyze issues and deliver solutions
Handle new integration builds and existing integration enhancements
Provide L2/L3 production support bug fixes and performance improvements
Support and configure UKG modules:

Time & Attendance
Accruals
Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling
Analytics & Reporting
Activities & Data Hub

Work on:

Timesheet issues pay calculations access/security wage adjustments
Hyperfinds Genies Event Manager Business Structures Data Views Tiles

Manage UKG device integrations (clocks web handhelds)
Coordinate application upgrades and releases
Use ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for incident/change management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Must Have Skills

3 years hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Dimensions)
Strong experience in Dell Boomi integrations (Mandatory)
Experience in UKG Boomi integration
Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging skills
Experience in:

Time & Attendance
Absence & Accruals
Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling
Analytics & Reporting

Experience with:

SSRS / SQL-based reporting
Set Up Data Manager
Data Hub
Device integrations

Required Skills:
