Requirements
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience to design implement and support real-time and usage-based charging solutions within the SAP BRIM landscape. The role involves working closely with business billing and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performance charging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design configure and maintain SAP Convergent Charging (CC) components including charge plans rate plans pricing logic mapping tables counters balances and allowances
- Implement real-time and deferred charging scenarios for usage events and subscriptions
- Configure pricing models discounts promotions slabs and surcharges
- Support customer-specific and contract-based pricing requirements
- Integrate SAP CC with SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) SAP SOM/CM and SAP FI-CA as part of the BRIM architecture
- Support event-based API and file-based integrations for usage and charging events
- Analyze and resolve rating charging discount and reconciliation issues
- Perform root cause analysis and support high-volume transaction processing
- Participate in SIT UAT regression testing and production support
- Prepare functional specifications configuration documents and operational runbooks
- Support change requests enhancements and release deployments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC)
- Good understanding of usage-based subscription-based and event-based charging concepts
- Experience with pricing configuration discounting and contract management
- Knowledge of SAP BRIM end-to-end architecture (CM/SOM CC CI FI-CA)
- Experience working with integrations and data flows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good to Have
- Experience in end-to-end SAP BRIM implementations
- Exposure to high-volume and performance-critical systems
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
