Our client is a real estate company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.
Oversee and control day-to-day customer service activities to ensure consistent service quality.
Receive assess and resolve customer inquiries requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and process customer-related documentation including contracts assignment transactions and Pink Book submission procedures.
Develop and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with customers.
Manage coach and inspire the Customer Relations team to meet and exceed service performance targets.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Legal Finance and Property Management teams to ensure effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
Collect analyze and report customer feedback recommending actionable improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards.
Ensure all customer-facing activities strictly comply with company policies procedures and service guidelines.
Requirements
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations roles.
Demonstrated ability to lead supervise and develop a customer service team.
Prior experience within the Real Estate sector is considered a strong advantage.
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.
Professional appearance positive demeanor and a friendly service-oriented attitude.
Energetic adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism integrity initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
