Job Summary

Our client is a real estate company seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.


  • Oversee and control day-to-day customer service activities to ensure consistent service quality.

  • Receive assess and resolve customer inquiries requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Prepare and process customer-related documentation including contracts assignment transactions and Pink Book submission procedures.

  • Develop and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with customers.

  • Manage coach and inspire the Customer Relations team to meet and exceed service performance targets.

  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Legal Finance and Property Management teams to ensure effective communication and prompt issue resolution.

  • Collect analyze and report customer feedback recommending actionable improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards.

  • Ensure all customer-facing activities strictly comply with company policies procedures and service guidelines.



Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead supervise and develop a customer service team.

  • Prior experience within the Real Estate sector is considered a strong advantage.

  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally.

  • Professional appearance positive demeanor and a friendly service-oriented attitude.

  • Energetic adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism integrity initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
