Own the organic growth engine for a market-leading brand that has already generated $1.5M in revenue. You will architect a data-driven Instagram strategy to scale our student platform and launch our new consulting division. By managing a creative team and optimizing high-converting funnels youll drive multi-million dollar impact without spending a cent on ads.

• Delegate execution to a team of editors and designers providing clear briefs to ensure high-quality content production.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of generating consistent leads and sales via Instagram specifically for coaching or digital products.

• Expert-level scripting skills for short-form video with a focus on hooks CTAs and psychological triggers that drive action.

• Experienced in managing creative workflows and delegating tasks to freelancers or internal teams via clear strategic briefs.
