POSITION SUMMARY
(The official title is Personal Lines Service Advisor)
Watkins is a relationship-driven agency where expertise teamwork and service excellence matter. We are hiring a Service Advisor to join our Personal Lines department and help us deliver the client experience we are known for.
In this role you will play a key role in delivering accurate policy service while building long-term trust with clients and carrier partners. Youll work with team members who take pride in supporting clients through everyday needs and critical moments while partnering with carriers to protect what matters most to our clients.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Own The Service Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact handling policy changes billing questions and service needs
- Process With Precision: Complete policy transactions endorsements downloaded transactions and manual declaration pages without delays or rework
- Keep Work Moving: Manage incoming mail emails and carrier documentation to ensure timely follow-up and completion
- Partner With Carriers: Coordinate with carrier underwriters and representatives to support policy serving and maintain strong relationships
- Uphold Accuracy: Maintain organized current and complete records to support service standards
WHAT YOU BRING
- Active P&C License (not required at time of hire)
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Solid communication organization and follow-through
Preferred
- Applied EPIC experience
- Personal Lines insurance experience (agency setting)
- Knowledge of Personal Lines coverages
