About the role
AEMOs Market Management group is seeking an Analyst to join the Prudentials team on a full-time 12-month contract. Our teams primary functions are to ensure market participants adhere to the National Electricity Rules and National Gas Rules (Rules) monitor prudential positions of all market participants in the east coast gas markets and National Electricity Market and ensure the timely settlement of each of the markets in line with the relevant Rules.
Under minimal supervision you will use your sophisticated analytical skills and operational knowledge to execute complex operational processes in compliance with relevant regulations rules and procedures and contribute to ongoing market enhancement and process improvement projects and activities. You will provide high quality stakeholder support and establish excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
