How Will You Make a Difference
- Accurately process client invoices by following specific client billing guidelines.
- Perform quality control reviews of all finalized invoices in your portfolio prior to delivery to the client.
- Ensure timely mailing of invoices for both routine and complex billing arrangements.
- Support attorneys portfolio by working directly with attorneys and clients.
What Will You Bring to the Table
- Experience as a Billing Coordinator in a high volume legal or professional service environment is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a professional matter when dealing with all levels of legal management and support staff.
- Ability to change and adapt to responsibilities and circumstances.
- Experience working with Aderant (or other law firm billing software) is preferred.
- Ability to work as a temporary employee (this is a 30-day assignment).
- This position is fully remote in MN.

- The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis the estimated pay range is $28.02 - $34.29 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek) which is equivalent to $54646 - $66870 annually. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including education experience skills professional background overall qualifications and location.
