Job Summary

- Position Summary
- One Temporary hourly-intermittent work study student assistant position available in Financial Services.
- Start Date
- Positionavailable on or after February 2 2026 and ending on or before May 22 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget department needs and job performance.
- Job Description/Duties
- The Cashiers Student Assistant (FWS) will be the first point of contact for the office.
  
  Duties include but are not limited to:
  - Cashier and general clerical duties.
  - Perform cashier duties.
  - Respond to questions from students faculty staff and community members.
  - Answer telephones and emails.
  - Efficiently and routing inquiries to the appropriate person as needed.
  - Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  - Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
  - Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
  - Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
  - Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
- Salary Range
- $16.90 per hour.
