We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Sales & Marketing Division to lead our efforts in capturing and growing our key market segment.

Job Summary

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from the key market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts travel agencies tour operators and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns tailored to the key market.
  • Organize and participate in sales trips trade shows and networking events.
  • Manage the contracting process including rate negotiations and group bookings.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Hospitality or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hotel sales with a focus on key markets.
  • Strong understanding of key market travel patterns digital platforms and cultural preferences.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Additional language is added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for sales trips and trade shows.
