- Defines and executes a multi-phase strategy to scale the India finance organization from transactional operations to analytical and strategic finance capabilities.
- Establishes the India GCC as a Finance Center of Excellence supporting global accounting FP&A revenue accounting and shared services.
- Identifies long-term opportunities to enhance efficiency insight and scalability through technology analytics and operating model design.
- Advises executive leadership on financial strategy operational performance and risk mitigation in support of company growth.
- Owns end-to-end finance outcomes for InvoiceCloud India ensuring accurate timely month-end close reporting and statutory compliance.
- Delivers consistent high-quality shared services supporting global finance operations including FP&A AP commissions and technical accounting.
- Establishes and tracks performance metrics to ensure service quality operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Drives measurable improvements in finance processes controls and scalability across global operations.
- Serves as the primary finance partner to U.S.-based finance leadership ensuring alignment on standards priorities and service delivery.
- Builds strong cross-functional relationships with global finance business and operational leaders to support enterprise objectives.
- Leads and develops the India finance leadership team overseeing hiring performance management and expense approvals.
- Acts as a bridge between India and U.S. teams fostering effective communication trust and cross-border collaboration.
- Communicates financial performance risks and insights clearly to executive leadership and global stakeholders.
- Ensures consistent interpretation and application of corporate policies financial controls and governance standards.
- Uses data dashboards and reporting to provide transparency into finance operations and shared services performance.
- Leverages automation and AI-enabled finance capabilities to enhance reporting accuracy insight generation and decision support.
- CA CPA MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification
- 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational or GCC environment
- Proven expertise in finance operations FP&A statutory compliance audit and team leadership
- Deep understanding of Indian GAAP U.S. GAAP and global financial reporting standards
- Demonstrated success building and scaling shared service centers or leading finance transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
