Job Title: Senior Consultant - Value Stream Mapping / Business Process Mapping
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive value stream mapping and business process mapping strategies and plans.
Conduct complex impact analyses assess process readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support mapping initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate mapping activities into strategic plans.
Provide expert coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead mapping initiatives effectively.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mapping strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Mentor and guide junior consultants in value stream and business process mapping.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Extensive experience (5-7 years) with value stream mapping business process mapping organizational development or a related field.
Deep understanding and ability to apply value stream mapping and business process mapping principles methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certification in relevant methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio Lucidchart or similar process mapping tools.
Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
