- Shift Supervisor at Residential Location
- Shift Available: Thursday - Sunday 1500-2300 Monday 2300-0700
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide On-Site supervision of security personnel
- Wear appropriate and professional uniform attire at all times while on duty
- Maintain security policies and procedures throughout all shifts guards and circumstances
- Write and submit daily security reports
- Coordinate with Director on creating and improving site-specific protocols
- Attend to all active security duties
- Confirm officer schedules and coordinate with Director
- Conduct routine patrols set forth by Director and Management
- Respond to alarms and distress calls and perform checks in areas of concern
- Ensure effective maintenance and control of security equipment and keys
- Ensure all security systems like alarms and CCTV are working properly
- Ensure that unauthorized personnel are not granted access to premises
- Respond to requests of removing vagrants from the property and ensure that any suspicious activity is investigated immediately
- Skills & Abilities
- Assert the appropriate active duties to all security personnel
- Maintain discipline and high-quality standards
- Provide corrective action toward policy implementation and personnel issues.
- Must be able to observe situations and make an appropriate response.
- Divert escalating issues to Director for diffusion
- Mentor and manage all members of staff to create a positive working environment
- Support security team on off-hours in case of emergency
- Provide feedback to Director regarding recognition awards and appreciation bonuses
Leadership - Help motivate the on-site team and coordinate team needs to Director
Education Requirements (All)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid Guard Card
