Job Description: Lush Lawn & Safari Tree is seeking a dynamic self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our this role you will be responsible for engaging potential customers at their homes or businesses presenting our products or services and driving sales through face-to-face interactions. If youre a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Actively engage with potential customers outside to generate leads and sales.
- Present promote and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Track and record customer interactions and sales in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on product benefits and answer any questions they may have.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise during or after the sale.
- Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline to ensure opportunities are not missed.
- Keep updated on product knowledge market trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications: - Previous sales experience particularly in outside sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
- Motivated by goals and comfortable with a competitive salary & commission-based structure.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay positive.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product offerings.
- A valid drivers license is required.
