• Proactively work in conjunction with the production team to ensure efficient client case handling
• Effectively communicate with clients regarding case strategy progress and costs
• Develop a strategy for achieving the clients goals; craft unique creative solutions in line with their core values
• Prioritize monitor and facilitate daily workflows for yourself other members of the production team and support staff as it pertains to your clients case handling
• Monitor case dockets calendar events and deadlines; ensure tracking of and adherence to deadlines and timely completion of time-sensitive tasks
• Advocate for clients in hearings trials conferences and mediations in line with the firms mission and the clients goals
• Mentor associates and paralegals supporting them in developing enriched expertise and skills
• Timely review of client invoices to ensure accuracy as well as monitor case events; accurate asynchronous time recording
• Spread the word about our firm and our non-adversarial approach by engaging in networking opportunities and events
• Maintain professional development through CLE seminars and workshops
• Comply with all federal state county and local laws and rules legal standards codes regulations and firm policies and procedures
