THE GIST:
Our client a private investment firm with an impressive portfolio seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to join their stellar administrative team mainly in support of a Partner with supplemental support to a Principal. This role will provide daily administrative scheduling and travel coordination support while acting as a superb representation of the firm. The ideal candidate has experience working in an administrative support role in finance or tech.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Act as a strategic partner and streamline Partners day to day
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Arrange travel both international and domestic
- Respond to urgent need outside of traditional business hours as needed
- Coordinate team & client meetings
- Reserve conference rooms order catering and prepare meeting materials
- Process expense reports
- Upkeep internal CRM system
- Process expenses
- Assist with firm-wide event planning
- Maintain strong and collaborative relationships across the organization
- Provide additional support and assistance with ad hoc projects as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- EA support experience in finance or tech highly preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Team-player mentality and happy to work alongside a strong administrative team
- Ability to respond to action items outside of traditional business hours as needed
- Polished & professional communication style
- Adaptable and versatile nature
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Salesforce a plus!

COMPENSATION:Base salary: $125000/yr - $150000/yr bonus benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills experience and expertise)
