Job Summary
Sharks Restaurant & Billiards has been Shawnees premier spot for food drinks and entertainment since 2006. With 14000 sq. ft. of space featuring billiards darts arcade games golf simulators projection screens and a full-service restaurant and bar Sharks isnt just a place to eatits an experience.
Were seeking adynamic experienced General Manager to lead our team oversee all operations and ensure that Sharks continues to be the go-to destination for great food and fun.
What Youll Do
Provide hands-on leadership across all departments: FOH BOH and bar operations.
Recruit train and develop staff while maintaining a positive motivated culture.
Oversee daily operations ensuring consistency in food service and entertainment experiences.
Manage scheduling labor costs and payroll to optimize performance.
Monitor and maintain food beverage and supply inventories while controlling costs.
Develop and execute promotions events and marketing initiatives in partnership with ownership.
Uphold all health safety and liquor compliance standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest relations handling concerns with professionalism.
Drive sales growth and profitability while maintaining Sharks reputation as a community staple.
What Were Looking For
3 years of restaurant management experience; General Manager experience preferred.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a large team.
Knowledge of P&L management inventory control and cost analysis.
Passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Must be 21 and available to work nights weekends and holidays as required.
