Key Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership: Direct audit engagements from initial planning through final reporting ensuring excellence at every stage.

Team Mentorship: Supervise and review the work of staff and seniors providing the coaching necessary for their career advancement.

Client Advisory: Act as the primary liaison for clients building deep-rooted relationships and identifying opportunities for value-added services.

Technical Oversight: Ensure rigorous compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards while reviewing complex financial statements and disclosures.

Firm Growth: Partner with firm leadership on internal practice development and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
The Essentials
-
Certification: Active CPA license is mandatory.

Experience: 5 years in public accounting.

Level: Currently operating as a Manager or a Senior with at least 3 years of experience ready to promote.

Expertise: Mastery of auditing standards and a proven track record of managing multi-layered engagements.
The Value Add

Experience with PCAOB engagements.

Prior exposure to public company audits.
