Our Machine Operators fill a vital role in the manufacturing process as they machine the components for our products and act as the first line of defense in the quality control process. They work as a team to produce high quality components catch errors and resolve issues on the fly throughout each day. Job Description:
$1000 bonus paid out at 90 days!!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ability to use AHMC Computer Systems to complete the following tasks:
- Access work instructions
- Check inventory
- Locate production procedures
- Interact with the Quality Control module to accurately fill out information in the AHMC Computer System
- Operate CNC machinery to include but not limited to lathe shapers drills parts washers and gages
- Perform part inspection using appropriate gages
- Perform daily maintenance on CNC machines
- Perform product inspection through check sheets
- Interpret data gathered through product inspection
We are willing to train the right applicant who strives to have a positive attitude good attendance and an aptitude for learning. No previous experience required.
Starting pay is $18.50/hour with a $1.00/hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. AHMC offers an excellent benefit package including a $1000 bonus at 90 days BCBSM medical insurance dental vision Rx disability and life insurance.
