What you will do:

• Drive the design and implementation of AI features across nPlans product set taking ideas from inception to release.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Research Engineers to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into production systems.

• Experiment with new models and apply multiple ML/LLM approaches to extract meaningful insights from complex graph data.

The ideal candidate:

• Has shipped LLM and generative AI-based applications to production with experience in evaluation and the development lifecycle of LLM features.

• Is proficient in Python building APIs and cloud-based backends possessing a strong technical foundation for problem-solving.

• Keeps up to date with the latest AI developments thrives on intellectual challenge and is comfortable navigating initial ambiguity to find certainty.
