Position Summary
The Fleet Support role provides operational support across key fleet lifecycle activities ensuring accurate coordination documentation and execution of fleet-related processes. This position serves as a central point of communication between branches corporate teams vendors and auction partners to support asset disposition leasing and rental compliance and fleet branding standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the auction and disposal process for fleet equipment including coordinating timelines documentation and communication between auction partners branches and corporate stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet disposals ensuring assets are released transferred and sold in accordance with company policies and timelines.
- Oversee rental and lease agreements ensuring all required documentation is complete accurate and properly maintained.
- Track lease and rental expirations and proactively communicate upcoming deadlines to prevent lapses penalties or service disruptions.
- Manage the fleet decal and branding process for all company vehicles including new equipment and rebranding initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure decals are applied accurately consistently and in alignment with brand standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending efficiencies related to fleet support functions.
Qualifications
- Experience in fleet operations asset management or administrative support within transportation or logistics environments preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet or asset management systems.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
