Are you well versed in the full cycle of accounts payable as well as procurement while supplier negotiations excite you Our client in the fintech industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join the team. Own the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing quoting vendor assessment approvals and payments
Process day-to-day procurement requests and payments across all departments (engineering finance operations legal product etc.) using relevant tooling including Dext and Xero
Manage supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
Conduct commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms
Identify gaps in the current procurement processes and lead improvement initiatives
Implement or optimise procurement workflows policies approval matrices and documentation standards
Build scalable systems for spend tracking supplier onboarding and purchase management
Improve visibility into company-wide spend; develop dashboards or reporting standards
Provide strategic recommendations for supplier consolidation category management and cost savings
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 8 years experience in procurement
Experience working in high-growth tech fintech or multinational environments
Independent procurement experience
Strong analytical experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Finance or a related field.
Professional certifications in procurement (CIPS CSCP etc.) are advantageous but not required.
