Job Summary
- Accountability for availability and uptime of corporate systems (e.g. routers switches phones firewalls cloud components workstations laptops etc.)
- Manage internal applications (e.g. AD Office 365 Jira Confluence Teams. Okta Workato) including access management.
- Maintain physical office infrastructure including but not limited to setup of workstations and desk moves as directed by management.
- Adopt best security practices in line with NIST/SOC2 Cyber security framework (e.g. Surveillance Data Loss Prevention Intrusion Detection Event Logging Application Monitoring and Reporting Mobile Policies Firewall Policies etc)
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of work instructions and internal procedures.
- Aid the members of the team where needed.
- Work with local vendors to ensure equipment is to Nearmap standards
- Work to automate everything we do!
Qualifications :
- OS experience across - Windows Mac OS Linux.
- 5 years System Administration experience
- Exposure to scripting languages Bash PowerShell
- Office365 Active Directory (inc Group Policy and administration) Okta
- MDM (Kandji Intune)
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure deployment and management - AWS
- Networking and firewall experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
- Strong awareness of Data Security
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
- Ability to mentor other Staff members
- Automation using low code tools and APIs
