Job Summary
- Performs all work duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company safety policies.
- Provides excellent customer service to all residents staff and vendors
- Relays information to supervisor regarding the property or operations which might constitute a physical or liability hazard.
- Perform routine cleaning of common areas such as lobbies hallways laundry rooms fitness centers and offices..
- Performs cleaning in vacant and resident-occupied units
- Reports supply needs to Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician in a timely manner.
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures marble and wood surfaces and trim.
- Sweeps scrubs waxes and polishes the floor.
- Cleans rugs carpets upholstered furniture and draperies.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from designated areas.
- Clean and restock public restrooms and shared facility bathrooms.
- Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques supplies and equipment.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean sanitary environments.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals properly.
- Good time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift bend stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
Additional Information :
Property: Vandenberg Senior Residence - 135 units
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:00pm
