Job Summary
Join our Risk and Compliance team as a Junior Operational Risk Analyst and play a key role in helping us maintain robust risk management practices. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and analytical skills will support the business in operating effectively and in control.
What youll be doing:
- Supporting Operational Risk Managers in updating risk and control maps in OneSumX
- Providing accurate and actionable management information on risk events issues and control attestations
- Assisting with aggregated risk reporting for committees regulators and senior management
- Maintaining user access and privileges for the OneSumX application
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure data quality standards are met and issues are resolved promptly
- Contributing to Risk and Control Self Assessments and governance requirements
- Using analytical skills to identify trends and support decision-making
- Working with large volumes of data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with an enquiring mindset
- Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
- Experience with PowerBI or similar tools (desirable)
- Knowledge of risk management principles or experience with risk systems such as OneSumX (desirable)
