What Youll be working on:

During your internship youll be involved in a wide range of HR topics and actively support both global and local initiatives: 

Learning Team Leadership & Culture Development  

• Do General HR Project Support 
• Prepare engaging presentations reports and documentation using MS Office 
• Help create SharePoint sites and resources for new initiatives 
• Organize virtual workshops and meetings 

Qualifications :

• A student (m/f/d) enrolled in Economic or Social Sciences (Business Administration Human Resources Management Psychology Sociology or comparable study fields) 
• You have a strong interest in HR topics like Learning Leadership Development and Culture Development  
• You work independently are organized and eager to learn 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus 
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building strong networks 
• Organized independent and proactive in your way of working efficient in problem-solving decision-making (managing multiple topics in parallel)
