As a Junior Sales Executive within the Conformance & Interoperability Practice you will support commercial growth by assisting in sales activities developing customer relationships and contributing to opportunity generation. You will work closely with technical experts to translate customer needs into tailored testing certification and tooling solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset who is eager to grow within a technically advanced and internationally oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in lead generation for Conformance & Interoperability services and tooling.
- Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals and quotations.
- Promote and sell test and certification tooling alongside Resillions broader portfolio including Cyber Security services and Quality Engineering.
- Participate in customer meetings demonstrations technical briefings and follow-up activities.
- Identify new business opportunities through market and customer analysis.
- Collaborate closely with various test and engineering teams to align customer requirements with appropriate technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends the competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree (e.g. Business Engineering IT Electronics or similar).
- Strong interest in technology-driven sales standards and compliance.
- Strong interest in IoT electronics and digital applications.
- Familiarity with software testing quality assurance or cybersecurity concepts is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive eager to learn and motivated to build a career in sales.
- First experience in (pre-)sales is a plus but not required.
- Willing and able to travel to global industry events conferences and customer meetings as required.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages (e.g. French or German) are an advantage.
