R.J. Kielty Plumbing Air Conditioning and Electric Inc. is seeking a highly organized Scheduling & Warranty Administrator to support our New Construction division. This role coordinates plumbing and HVAC scheduling manages warranty-related requests and communicates with builders homeowners and internal field teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is required.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule new construction plumbing and HVAC jobs
Coordinate with builders superintendents homeowners and field teams
Manage and track warranty service requests
Maintain accurate schedules job records and documentation
Adjust schedules due to job changes inspections material delays or weather
Confirm job readiness prior to dispatch
Provide administrative support to project managers and superintendents
Qualifications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills with minimal oversight
Experience in scheduling construction administration or dispatch preferred
New construction and plumbing/HVAC experience a plus
Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills
High attention to detail
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office especially Excel
This is an hourly position based on experience plus benefits.
