The Total Rewards Intern supports the Total Rewards team by assisting with project work and tasks across Compensation Benefits and Crew Systems & Reporting. This role provides hands-on experience in core Total Rewards functions and cross-team coordination.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Participate in Total Rewards projects and day-to-day team tasks
- Support Compensation-related initiatives and data needs
- Assist with Benefits projects and program support activities
- Participate in Crew Systems & Reporting work including Workday-related support
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR Business or related field
- 1 years of volunteer or work experience in a relevant field
- Able to work in-person at the Dallas Restaurant Support Office in Plano TX continuously from June 3 to August 11 2026
- Able to provide personal living arrangements and reliable transportation
- Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven flexible and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
