Your Opportunity We are seeking a Culinary Cook Full-Time and Part-Timewhose primary responsibility is organization to work in a fast pace environment ability to coordinate meal preparation and presentation with fellow culinarians. Key Responsibilities: - Prepares quality food in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as Fleet Landings established polices and procedures.
- Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus and adheres to regulated food temperature standards.
- Serves food in accordance with established therapeutic/mechanically altered diet regulations.
- Prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
- Completes daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Attends in-service programs.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education Required: High school education preferred. Must be able to read write speak English and follow written and oral directions. Technical or vocation training in Food Service or one (1) year on-the-job training is preferred. Experience:.
