Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget timeline and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders clients or project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and Training: Provide guidance coaching and training to teams or individuals in effectively utilising Planisware for unified planning project management and resource allocation.
  • Customisation: Assist in configuring Planisware to meet the specific planning and reporting needs of the organisation tailoring the software to align with project management processes.
  • Best Practices: Promote best practices in project and portfolio management by utilising Planisware including but not limited to project scheduling resource allocation risk management and financial tracking.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor and review ongoing projects within Planisware offering advice on project tracking progress and performance to ensure they are on target and aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and communication between different teams and stakeholders within the organisation ensuring unified planning and efficient resource allocation.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting issues related to Planisware usage data integrity and reporting providing solutions and recommendations.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation related to Planisware configurations processes and guidelines for reference and training purposes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse data and reports generated from Planisware to identify trends risks and opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with new features and updates in Planisware and continually seek ways to enhance and optimise unified planning processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Project Management Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • Proven expertise in using Planisware for project and portfolio management.
  • Experience in coaching or training teams in the effective use of Planisware.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies best practices and industry standards.
