As Senior Growth Manager youll play a pivotal role in driving customer growth and loyalty within our post-signup journey. Sitting within the Growth team youll report to the Growth Lead and partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Trading Marketing and Analytics.
Your mission To strengthen long-term customer value by shaping and leading key areas such as Flexible Ordering Loyalty Gamification and Referral journeys. Youll take full ownership of strategic initiatives in these areas - using data experimentation and creative thinking to deliver sustainable commercial impact.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead marketing strategy for our flexible ordering journey optimising both top-up and standalone box experiences
- Own and evolve our Loyalty & Gamification programmes shaping future development and partnering with Talon One
- Drive end-to-end referral campaign execution and CRM optimisation to increase sign-ups and retention
- Use experimentation to improve journeys and inform future strategy across multiple customer touchpoints
- Take full commercial ownership of key growth drivers - forecasting analysing and communicating performance across loyalty referral and flexible ordering
- Partner cross-functionally to align priorities manage risk and identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement
Who You Are
- Skilled in growth marketing CRM loyalty product marketing or customer retention
- Commercially aware and confident working with P&Ls and forecasting tools
- Experienced in leading CRM or lifecycle journeys - hands-on with platforms like Braze is a bonus
- Adept at working cross-functionally aligning diverse stakeholders and driving results collaboratively
- Analytical and curious - you use data and testing to shape decisions and continuously improve
- Strong communicator able to tailor messaging and influence across levels and functions
