Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible to process account statements of travel agencies and perform follow-up.  

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that billing/invoices are adequate and precise.
  • Ensure follow-up for credit card charge back.
  • Process account queries and respond to queries as required.
  • Apply payments via the SAP system and ensures that there is no error in the interface.
  • Analysis and reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Maintain the contact with customers (collection) regarding all balances due and with internal intervention when necessary.
  • Performing the necessary accounting functions.

Qualifications :

  • 1 to 3 years minimum experience in the accounts receivables field.
  • Experience with A/R duties including with credit and collections.
  • Autonomous and resourceful.
  • Team player and ability to support other functions in the department.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and of MS Office Suite Monarch SAP an asset.
  • Experience with TTS reservation system an asset.
  • Strong skills in communication and customer service.
  • Meticulous and precise.
  • Able to respect deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments.
  • Oral and written fluency in French and English *

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues customers and other stakeholders in Quebec the rest of Canada and internationally.
