Bar Attendant – Full Time

As a full time Bar Attendant you are a face of our restaurant your goal is to create a continuous flow of enjoyable moments just like the balanced mix of ingredients in your drinks.  Your dedication to precision customer satisfaction and collaborative spirit will play a vital role in making each moment a success.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story 
• You are an experienced bartender who loves creating some funky beverages shaking cocktails and spirits and thrives in a vibrant fast-paced venue
• You will have made a few martinis and interesting mixed drinks in your time; perhaps you even have a few of your own creations up your sleeve
• You will be a person who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is well versed in the bar while schmoozing the guests and generally being an all-round awesome person and a team player!
• Jump in from time to time to help the other areas of the operations which will add some variety into your day

Qualifications :

What were looking for:

• Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant fast-paced high-volume venue
• Knowledge of cocktails cocktail making and beverage production spirits wine and beer and know what is on-trend
• Creative flair
• Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Adaptable and able to multi-task
• Time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a can do attitude
• Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster including late nights weekends and public holidays
• Must have RSA certificate
