Team Lead – Vehicle Data Coordinator

Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee and elevate our vehicle preparation this role youll lead a dynamic team ensuring efficiency quality and compliance with EU market standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising mentoring and motivating the team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Conducting regular team meetings to set goals review progress and address challenges.
• Overseeing the entire vehicle preparation process ensuring all cars meet EU compliance and quality standards.
• Monitoring and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency and meet KPIs.
• Conducting regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of the preparation process.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management.
• Preparing and presenting performance reports tracking progress and addressing bottlenecks.
• Resolving conflicts and challenges within the team or workflows.
• Ensuring the team has access to necessary tools parts and resources for smooth operations.
• Facilitating training programs for team members on specific requirements for different EU countries.
• Leading strategic changes and implementing processes to improve overall team performance and results

Qualifications :

Your Profile:
Were looking for a skilled leader with a strong background in team management and process improvement as well as a passion for the automotive industry:

• Proven experience in a leadership role preferably in the automotive or related sector.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle preparation processes and EU market standards.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to coordinate across teams and management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor inspire and lead a team to achieve set goals.
• Experience with process optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Additional Information :

Work Details:

• Location: AUTO1 Albania Headquarters

• Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday (5 working days with 2 days off) from 08:00 to 17:00.
